We all know that relationships are not always harmonious. It helps if all parties share the same vision and goals. However, with the best will in the world, this is not always the case. Relationships need everybody to be willing to put in the work. You will come across people in all situations in life where it comes apparent that they are not willing to do so.

So what can you do? Not much! You have to assess how far and hard you are willing to fight for a relationship. You will also need to assess when you need to just cut your losses before the situation proves to be detrimental to yourself.
