If you want to cancel within fourteen days of purchase please contact the education team and they’ll process the cancellation and refund. We offer a free refund within fourteen days, and up to 30% of the course completed.
Anyone who is finalising accounts at the end of the organisation’s financial year. If you aren’t certain if you will be doing this process then ask the treasurer.
If you are the treasurer, this means you are the person who should be doing this process, alongside anyone else who handles the accounts.
