The Client Life Cycle

Stage 1: Discovery
Purpose
We’ll arrange an introductory call to understand your organisation —who you are, what you do, and what kind of support you need. We’ll explore your current systems and processes, discuss your goals, and identify where we can help free up your team’s time so you can focus on your charitable purpose.
At the end of this stage, you’ll have a clear sense of what working together could look like.
Following our initial conversation, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the services we recommend, the estimated time commitment, and the associated fees.
Outcome / Outputs
- ½ hour complimentary consultation with Wendrie.
- Written Proposal
Stage 2: Onboarding
Purpose
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll issue a formal agreement and a Client Data Form to gather the key details we’ll need to set up your account and comply with regulatory requirements such as Anti-Money Laundering checks.
This stage ensures everything is clearly defined, transparent, and compliant before we begin.
Outcome / Outputs
- Contract in place
- AML checks (if required) completed
- Initial meetings arranged
- Any other objectives as set out in the proposal
- Setup of internal MBS systems (e.g. Trello, Dropbox, Zoho, Xama etc).


Stage 3: Working Together
Purpose
Outcome / Outputs
- Deliverables from the contract.
What to Expect:
- Named MBS contact(s) for day-to-day work.
- Invitation for annual review with Wendrie.
- Annual AML check.
- Invoicing (frequency as per our contract e.g monthly /quarterly). Will include a timesheet of hours work / spent.
