Wendrie Heywood
Wendrie has volunteered within Quaker circles since the teenagers’ LINK weekend dates were moved to be AFTER her eighteenth birthday so she could be a responsible adult.
Since then Wendrie has volunteered and worked with a range of organisations in a variety of roles. Including managing volunteers for Britain Yearly Meeting; teaching creative courses in person – and then being one of the first online tutors for Woodbrooke; creating bespoke support, training, mentoring, and consultancy products and projects for a range of Local, Area and Regional Quaker meetings, ecumenical and other denomination groups.
