Assistant Bookkeeper [REF: BKSEPT25]

We are looking for AML registered bookkeepers who is AAT, IAB, or CBI qualified with a #love for all things #finance, to join our team. We are a passionate and friendly small business providing many clients with charity administration and financial support.

The role will involve working across a multi-client portfolio. 

  • UK based with freelance experience

  • For bookkeeping, minimum a qualification equivalent to AAT Level or ICB Level 3 with a recognised and regulated bookkeeping body

  • Proven experience in a financial role

  • Flexible hours around your current commitments (monthly day meetings required) 

  • Accuracy & attention to detail is a MUST

  • Familiar with cloud-based administrative and financial software

  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills

  • Experience in the charity sector is an advantage

You should be able to manage multiple and sometimes competing workloads whilst delivering high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Associate Virtual Assistant  [REF: VASEPT25]

We are looking for Virtual Assistants with a #love for all things #admin, to join our team. We are a passionate and friendly small business providing many clients with charity administration and financial support.

The role will involve working across a multi-client portfolio.

  • UK based with freelance experience

  • Proven experience in a similar Virtual Assistant or other relevant role.

  • Able to do most of the work within UK working hours (8:30-18:30 Monday-Friday, flexibly).
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
  • Familiar with cloud-based administrative and task based software
