As we step into 2026, we’re excited to launch a refreshed and expanded version of our much-loved A–Z series – now combined with over a decade of MBS training content.

This new A–Z & Training Montage Series is designed as a powerful, all-in-one resource to help charities strengthen their administration, improve bookkeeping confidence, streamline systems and stay connected to their mission throughout the year.

The training materials we’ve developed over the past decade reflect real challenges faced by charity administrators, trustees and leaders: overloaded inboxes, unclear systems, finance stresses, reporting requirements, comms overwhelm and the constant juggle of priorities. In 2026, we’re opening up that entire vault.

Each fortnight, you’ll receive either:

An A–Z Montage. A curated collection of our strongest, most practical insights from past years, covering charity communications, systems, workflows, governance, planning and more.

A Training Spotlight. A distilled, actionable guide taken from one of our core MBS training modules, covering essentials like charity bookkeeping basics, admin best practice, digital organisation, volunteer management, donor communications and financial reporting.

Some weeks will focus on the operational backbone of charity life; templates, processes, bookkeeping guidance and admin tools. 

Others will revisit the big-picture themes from the A–Z series: clarity, purpose, systems thinking, ethical comms and working smarter, not harder. Between them, you’ll build a library of insights you can apply instantly, helping your charity stay organised, compliant and mission-led.

Our aim is simple: to lighten your load. We want every charity – whether run by a small team, a busy admin, or a passionate set of trustees, to have access to the practical support they need without having to search endlessly for it. This series brings together the experience we’ve gained supporting charities across the UK into one friendly, accessible, expert resource.
