Mindful Business Services (MBS) is a family owned private limited company that focuses on serving, not fixing or helping.
While we can’t solve all of your issues, we see ourselves as working alongside you as you deal with the ever changing challenges and queries relating to running a charity.
When you’re facing a medley of problems, large or small, it can be difficult to know where to look for solutions. Especially in this age of ready information. Which of the millions of hits hold what you need?

Here you’ve found a resource that combines experienced clerks, treasurers, administrators, and bookkeepers with modern technology such as cloud based email, document storage, room hiring, invoicing, accountancy programmes, and even Zoom meetings! We all work remotely, so while we are available during normal office hours you’re not paying for any time that we’re not working for you.
MBS specialises in working with small UK charities, especially those with buildings owned by faith groups who want to hire out their building to create income. As we’re a Quaker company that’s where we started, but we are now a group of people from various backgrounds and beliefs, and have worked with an equally diverse range of charities, non-profits, and community groups.
