Account & course questions
Browse our online course catalogue on our website. When checking out a basket for the first time, you will be asked to create an MBS:C account.
After you follow the instructions and your account is active, you’ll be able to see what courses you have bought and how much of each you’ve completed.
You can contact the educational team and gift the course.
You can choose how to pay by selecting to pay by card or request an invoice. When the transaction is complete the education team will send an invitation to create an account, or assign it to the recipient’s account where it will appear on their dashboard.
There is no expiry date on your course materials. You can access your dashboard online at any time and take as much time as you need.
No. You can enrich your learning by completing as many courses as you like.
You need not have any prior experience or qualifications. All courses are delivered in the English language.
You should have an up-to-date web browser such as: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
Our Online Courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device. There is an online notebook which you may find easier to use with a keyboard.
In addition, we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and a reliable internet connection for certain course components.
Yes, there isn’t a limit on how many courses you have open.
The tier that you choose is entirely up to you. You need not have any prior subject knowledge or qualifications to get stuck in. Find out more about the different course tiers on our Classroom Explained page.
On completion of any of our Thinking About, Next Steps, and Deepening Knowledge courses you will receive an MBS Completion Certificate.
For First5 courses, you will be awarded MBS:C stickers which will be added to your learning map. Why not try and collect them all!
All of our courses are self-paced and completion apart from our Deepening Knowledge tiers. All deepening knowledge courses include online 1:1 workshops with an MBS subject consultant. This provides an opportunity for you to tailor your learning objectives in the given subject. They will work with you to provide content specific to your organisational role or interest area. No. Each time you complete a segment of your course you can save your progress. Your personal learning dashboard will indicate your progress within each module.
Congratulations! You can now collect your certificate or completion sticker in the home section of your learning dashboard. In the coming days you will receive a customer feedback survey. We value your honest and constructive feedback so that we can make improvements to our service and products.
Payment and Technical questions
The cost of your course depends on the course tier that you select. Some of our First5 modules are free (or give you an opportunity to leave a donation), while others start from £35.00. Thinking About modules start at £75.00, Next Steps from £125.00 and Deepening Knowledge are £200.00.
MBS:C accepts payments through Stripe by credit or debit card.
Alternatively, if you choose “invoice”, you will be sent an email with a payment link. Invoices can be paid by BACS or internet transfer quoting your invoice number.
