Meet Karen Fishwick, MBS Classroom Tutor and Volunteer specialist.
Karen has managed volunteers and community projects for over 20 years, in both the public and voluntary sectors. This includes fundraising, training, events, managing health and safety as well as promotion and recruitment via social media.
She has also worked as an Educational Ranger and volunteered as a Group Scout Leader so is experienced with the educational needs of different audiences. She holds an NVQ Level 4 in Volunteer Management and completed the Certificate in Fundraising Management.

If you book before midnight on 30th September, you will receive a discount on our volunteer course bundles. In addition, you will receive a one-to-one consultancy hour with the course creator. This can be split into multiple sessions (e.g., two half-hour blocks). This one-on-one review(s) lets you discuss your personal questions or issues with the course creator Karen Fishwick and ask more general queries about the topic that may not have come up in the structured learning.
